How do I access AStRA from off-campus?

To ensure compliance with Data Protection and Information security policies staff are not permitted to install AStRA on their own computers.

If you need to access to AStRA when working from home you will need to do one of the following:

• Windows:
  • Install AStRA from the Company Portal on your University managed computer
  • Connect to VPN before opening AStRA
• Mac/Linux:
  • Connect to VPN
  • Access AStRA from the remote AStRA service. You will need to log in and download a shortcut you can use to access AStRA
