How do I retrieve my certificate from GDPR and Information Security Modules?

You can retrieve your certifcate from the GDPR or Information Security Essentials training retrospectively by following the steps below:

• Log in to Blackboard
• Go to the module that you wish to retrieve the certificate for (it will appear under Modules on which you are a Student)
• Click on the link to start the quiz
• In the window that opens click on the attempt you wish to retrieve the certificate for:
• The course will open
• Click Start Course
• Click Course Completion Certificate
• A copy of the certificate will then appear in a window for you to save
